[1] The expense information in the table has been restated to reflect current estimated fees rather than the fees in effect during the previous fiscal year.
[2] " Acquired Fund" means any investment company in which the Fund invests or has invested during the previous fiscal year. The "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses" and "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses After Fee Waiver and and/or Expense Reimbursement" will not match the Fund's gross and net expense ratios reported in the Financial Highlights from the Fund's financial statements, which reflect the operating expenses of the Fund and do not include Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses.
[3] The Advisor has entered into an Expense Limitation Agreement with the Fund under which it has agreed to waive or reduce its fees and to assume other expenses of the Fund, if necessary, in an amount that limits the Fund's annual operating expenses (exclusive of interest, taxes, brokerage fees and commissions, extraordinary expenses, payments under the Rule 12b-1 distribution plan, and acquired fund fees and expenses) to not more than 1.65% of the average daily net assets of the Fund for the Institutional and Class C shares. Net annual operating expenses for the Fund may exceed these limits to the extent that it incurs expenses enumerated above as exclusions. The Expense Limitation Agreement runs through September 30, 2018, and may not be terminated prior to that date except by termination by the Trust's board of trustees. Any fees or expenses waived or reimbursed by the Advisor are subject to repayment by the Fund within the three fiscal years following the fiscal year in which the expenses were incurred if the Fund is able to make the repayment without exceeding its Current Maximum Operating Expense Limit and the Maximum Operating Expense Limit in place at the time of the initial Agreement.

[2] In prior prospectuses, the Fund compared its performance against only the Barclays Capital Global Aggregate Index. The Advisor believes the Barclays Long/Short Equity Index is a more appropriate and accurate index against which to compare the Fund's investment strategies than the Barclays Capital Global Aggregate Index and, therefore, the Barclays Long/Short Equity Index will replace the Barclays Capital Global Aggregate Index in future comparisons. The Barclays Long/Short Equity Index involves equity-oriented investing on both the long and short sides of the market. The objective is not to be market neutral. Managers have the ability to shift from value to growth, from small to medium to large capitalization stocks, and from a net long position to a net short position. Managers may use futures and options to hedge. The focus may be regional or sector specific.
