This Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) for the sole purpose of designating October 11, 2013 as the new effective date for Post-Effective Amendment No. 98 to the Registration Statement filed on February 4, 2013 for the CV Sector Rotational Fund.
