Leases of Lessee Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 8. Lease Commitments Total rent expense was $7,546 and $48,146 for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively. The Company terminated its lease on its former Topeka headquarters effective December 31, 2020 and has no future rent obligations for this location. The Company maintained an office in Bismarck, ND with a lease that expired on September 30, 2021.

The entire disclosure for lessee entity's leasing arrangements including, but not limited to, all of the following: (a.) The basis on which contingent rental payments are determined, (b.) The existence and terms of renewal or purchase options and escalation clauses, (c.) Restrictions imposed by lease agreements, such as those concerning dividends, additional debt, and further leasing.
