Total rent expense was

respectively. The Company amended its lease on its Topeka headquarters effective

January 1, 2019

which extended its termination date for

additional optional years. The future rent payments required under the lease are

The Company also maintains an office in Bismarck, ND with a lease that expires on

September 30, 2020.
