(b) On September 20, 2013, Jonathan Koch announced his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Koch’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors.
