Nature of Operations [Text Block]	1. ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS LORAN CONNECTION CORP (“the Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S. on July 25, 2008. The Company is in the development stage as defined under Accounting Codification Standard, Development Stage Entities (“ASC-915”) and intends to organize individual and group tourism as well as business support in Ukraine. The Company has not generated any revenue to date and consequently its operations are subject to all risks inherent in the establishment of a new business enterprise. For the period from inception on July 25, 2008 through June 30, 2011 the Company has accumulated losses of $43,077.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, the major products or services it sells or provides and its principal markets, including the locations of those markets. If the entity operates in more than one business, the disclosure also indicates the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination (for example, assets, revenues, or earnings).
