Subsequent Events	8. Subsequent Events There were no subscriptions or redemptions of Class 3-A Units and Class 3-B Units as of May 15, 2024. The Fund had subscriptions of approximately $0.3 million and redemptions of approximately $0.4 million from April 1, 2024 through May 15, 2024, the date through which subsequent events were evaluated by management. These amounts have not been included in the consolidated financial statements.
