Subsequent Events The Fund had no subscriptions and redemptions of approximately $0.1 million from July 1, 2020 through August 14, 2020, the date through which subsequent events were evaluated by management and the consolidated financial statements were available for issuance. These amounts have not been included in the consolidated financial statements.
