Subsequent Events The Fund had no subscriptions and redemptions of approximately $0.3 million from April 1, 2020 through May 15, 2020, the date through which subsequent events were evaluated by management and the consolidated financial statements were available for issuance. These amounts have not been included in the consolidated financial statements.
