Subsequent Events The Fund had subscriptions of approximately $0.1 million and redemptions of approximately $0.4 million from April 1, 2019 through May 15, 2019, the date through which subsequent events were evaluated by management and consolidated financial statements were available for issuance. These amounts have not been included in the consolidated financial statements.
