Subsequent Events The Fund had subscriptions of approximately $0.3 million and redemptions of approximately $0.7 million from January 1, 2019 through March 29, 2019, the date through which subsequent events were evaluated by management and the consolidated financial statements were available for issuance. These amounts have not been included in the consolidated financial statements.
