Subsequent Events	7. Subsequent Events The Fund had subscriptions of approximately $3.8 million and redemptions of approximately $7.2 million through March 30, 2012, the date through which subsequent events were evaluated by management. These amounts have not been included in the consolidated financial statements. On February 13, 2012 the Manager submitted the Uniform Application for Investment Advisor Registration (Form-ADV) with the Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking registration no earlier than March 30, 2012.
