A description of the registrant’s common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share (the “Common Shares”), is set forth under the caption “Description of Our Shares” in the registrant’s registration statement on Form S-11 (File No. 333-157455) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 20, 2009, as thereafter amended (the “Registration Statement”), which is incorporated herein by reference. The form of prospectus that constitutes part of the Registration Statement and is filed by the registrant pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
