Each of Dr. Galakatos, Denis Henner, Robert Liptak, Nicholas Simon, Michael Steinmetz and Kurt Wheeler, as individual Managing Directors of the GPLLC, may be deemed to beneficially own certain of the shares held of record by Clarus.
