Related Party Transactions As of March 31, 2024, the Company owes ViaOne Services a total of $568,443, comprising $451,518 as part of the employee service agreement and $116,925 as vendor payment. The Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer are the Chairman of ViaOne.
