Related-Party Transactions	Related‑Party Transactions Consulting Services The Company incurred expenses for consulting services provided by its founders totaling $0.1 million during each of the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $0.1 million and $0.3 million during each of the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively. The Company entered into consulting agreements with its founders to serve on its Scientific Advisory Board, effective January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, under which they will be paid quarterly for their services.
