SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluates subsequent events up until the date the consolidated financial statements are issued. Subsequent to September 30, 2025, the Company renewed the advisory agreement with Pacific Oak Capital Advisors. The agreement was effective November 1, 2025 and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until November 1, 2026 or upon termination of the Standstill agreement.
