As at September 30, 2011, we have 4,410,000 common shares issued and outstanding.   On December 18, 2009, the Company issued 4,000,000 common shares for total proceeds of $20,000.   On October 31, 2009, the Company issued 410,000 common shares for total proceeds of $41,000. As at September 30, 2011, the company has no warrants or options outstanding.
