NET EARNINGS ATTRIBUTABLE TO NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS	NET EARNINGS ATTRIBUTABLE TO NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS Net earnings attributable to noncontrolling interests consists of a 11%, 10% and 10% interest held by third parties in operating entities in China, Argentina and Indonesia, respectively.
