NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS	NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS Net earnings attributable to noncontrolling interests consists of approximately 11%, 10% and 10% interests held by third parties in operating entities in China, Argentina and Indonesia, respectively. See Note 9 for further discussion of Argentinian noncontrolling interest.
