NOTE 3 - Related Party Transactions	As of March 31, 2019, and December 31, 2018, included in accounts payable - related party is $420,005 and $367,432, respectively, for amounts owed to the Company’s CEO. For the three months ended March 31, 2019, the Company recognized revenue from DarkPulse Technology Holdings Inc., a former joint venture partner, of $85,750 which is included in Sales, related party on the financial statements. For the three months ended March 31, 2018, the Company recognized revenue from Mile High Construction, a former joint venture partner, $24,837 which is included in Sales, related party on the financial statements.
