Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 16, 2020, Ms. Bonnie H. Anderson notified Castle Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from her position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), including each committee of the Board on which she is a member, to be effective immediately. Ms. Anderson’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to operations, policies or practices. At the time of her resignation, Ms. Anderson served as a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee and as the Chairperson of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
