Workforce Reduction	11. Workforce Reduction On February 7, 2019, following analysis of the Company’s strategy and core business needs, and in an effort to further strengthen the operational efficiency of the organization, the Company commenced a reduction in workforce by approximately 35 employees, primarily based in the home office. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company recorded approximately $0.5 million and approximately $3.8 million, respectively, of costs including employee severance, benefits, and related costs that are reflected in the condensed consolidated statement of operations as restructuring expenses.
