Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, and determined that no events have occurred, other than as disclosed herein above, that would require adjustments to our disclosures in these consolidated financial statements. On November 6, 2020, the Boards of the Company and Hartman vREIT XXI, voted affirmatively to merge the Company with and into Hartman vREIT XXI as the surviving company. Previously the Boards had established special committees to consider the potential merger and after deliberation, determined that a merger would be to the benefit of the shareholders of both parties.
