– LEASES

On

May 1, 2020,

the Company signed an amendment to its lease for the Helomics' offices located at

 Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The lease was last amended on

October 27, 2017.

The lease will end

February 28, 2021

and as amended, will include

two one

-year renewal terms which the Company concluded are reasonably certain to be exercised. The Company also entered into a sublease agreement for a portion of the space leased at

Street. There were

no

other changes to the Company's leases during the quarter.
