Financial Group Inc., added KBIC No.3 PEF as its subsidiary. Key details are as
follows:

3. Total number of affiliated companies after addition (including KB Financial
Group Inc.): 18

4. Other relevant information:

   - KBIC No.3 PEF is a private equity fund established under the Financial
Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of Korea with KB Investment Co.,
Ltd. as a general partner and certain other investors as limited partners.
