of shareholders for the fiscal year 2009 as follows:

• Agenda:
  1) Approval of financial statements of Kookmin Bank (statement of financial
     condition, statement of income and statement of appropriation of retained
     earnings) for the fiscal year 2009
  2) Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of Kookmin Bank
  3) Approval of the aggregate remuneration limit for directors of Kookmin Bank
