- KB-Glenwood Private Equity Fund No.1 is a private equity fund established
under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of Korea with KB
Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. and Glenwood Investment Management Co., Ltd.
as general partners and certain other investors as limited partners.
