Submission of a letter of intent in connection with the sale of

Hyundai Securities

On February 12, 2016, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) disclosed that it has submitted a letter of intent to participate in the due diligence of Hyundai Securities Co., Ltd. Upon thorough review and consideration, KB Financial Group plans to make a decision on whether to further participate in the bidding process.
