KB Financial Group selected as the exclusive bidder for the acquisition of

LIG Insurance Co., Ltd.

On June 11, 2014, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) disclosed that it has been selected as the exclusive bidder for the acquisition of LIG Insurance Co., Ltd. KB Financial Group was given official notice of its selection as the exclusive bidder on June 11, 2014.
