KB Financial Group selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of

Woori Financial Co., Ltd.

On December 6, 2013, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) disclosed that it has been selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of Woori Financial Co., Ltd. KB Financial Group was given official notice of its selection as the preferred bidder on December 6, 2013.
