Results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

of Kookmin Bank for Fiscal Year 2011

On March 22, 2012, the board of directors of Kookmin Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KB Financial Group Inc., held its annual general meeting of shareholders for fiscal year 2011, and all of the two agenda items listed below were approved and ratified as proposed.

• Agenda:

1) Approval of financial statements of Kookmin Bank for fiscal year 2011

2) Approval of the aggregate remuneration limit for directors of Kookmin Bank

* Agenda item 2 of the original agenda (as previously disclosed on Form 6-K filed on February 28, 2012), regarding the appointment of a director, was deleted from the agenda for the annual general meeting of shareholders as of this date due to such director nominee withdrawing his candidacy for appointment.
