An Update to the Response to Inquiry relating to Press Reports

In respect of the Report on Form 6-K submitted by KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) on August 31, 2010 disclosing KB Financial Group’s response to an official inquiry received from the Korea Exchange on the same date, KB Financial Group disclosed on February 28, 2011 that it is not currently pursuing establishment of a capital company.
