On September 29, 2008, Kookmin Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KB Financial Group, Inc., held its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, and all four agenda items listed below were approved and ratified as originally proposed:

•        Agendum 1.	Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation
•        Agendum 2.	Appointment of non-executive directors
•        Agendum 3.	Appointment of Kap Shin and Tae Jin Koo as candidates for the members of the Audit Committee, who are non-executive director(s)
