Subsequent Events	NOTE 11 - Subsequent Events On July 5, 2017 Mr. Martin Wolfe converted his October 3, 2016 Promissory Note of $208,732 plus accrued interest of $12,523 for total note conversion of $221,256 to common restricted shares. The Company issued 72,520 144- restricted Common shares at $3.051 per shares based on a three days trailing average per terms and conditions stated in the note.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
