NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 3: NOTES PAYABLE Loan Transactions with KBM Worldwide Inc.: The Company borrowed $68,500 secured by a promissory note from KBM Wordwide Inc. in December 2014. The loan plus accrued interest of $9,500 was repaid in the months of April & May 2015.
