[1] During the nine months ended December 31, 2024, the Company purchased 3.0 million shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock for $454 million. Additionally, the Company’s repurchase of common stock for the nine months ended December 31, 2024 includes $17 million to cover the minimum statutory taxes on repurchases and restricted stock units that vested on various dates during the period.

[2] During the three months ended December 31, 2024, the Company purchased 0.9 million shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock for $145 million. Additionally, the Company’s repurchase of common stock for the three months ended December 31, 2024 includes $4 million to cover the minimum statutory taxes on repurchases and restricted stock units that vested on various dates during the period.
