BUSINESS OVERVIEW	BUSINESS OVERVIEW Organization Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation, including its wholly owned subsidiaries, or Holding or the Company, is an affiliate of The Carlyle Group, or Carlyle, and was incorporated in Delaware in May 2008. The Company provides management consulting, technology, and engineering services to the U.S. government in the defense, intelligence, and civil markets. Additionally, the Company provides its management and technology consulting services to major corporations, institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. The Company reports operating results and financial data in one operating segment. The Company is headquartered in McLean, Virginia, with approximately 22,300 employees as of December 31, 2014.
