Recorded stock-based compensation liabilities
As of December 31, 2014 and March 31, 2014, the Company calculated a total recorded and unrecorded stock-based compensation liability of $36.3 million and $73.1 million, respectively, related to the special dividends paid in July and December 2009, June and August 2012, November 2013 and February and August 2014.
