NATURE OF BUSINESS	Alterola Biotech, Inc. (“Alterola” and the “Company”) is a development stage company and was incorporated in Nevada on July 21, 2008. The Company was formed to aquire exploration and development stage mineral properties. In April 2017, the company entered into an assignment agreement with its director to convey all assets and intellectual property to its former director for the cancellation of 37,000,000 shares of the Company
