CAPITAL STOCK	NOTE 5 – CAPITAL STOCK The Company has 140,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common stock authorized and 10,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value preferred stock authorized. On April 10, 2017, a former director of the Company surrendered for voluntary cancellation, 37,000,000 shares of common stock with a deemed value of $ 37,000. On April 10, 2017, the Company issued 37,000,000 shares of common stock to its director for services with a deemed value of $37,000. The Company has 114,980,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of December 31 and September 30, 2017. There are no shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding as of December 31 and September 30, 2017.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
