Asset Management Fee Percent Fee Description   On September 26, 2012, the Company amended its advisory agreement to decrease the asset management fee from one-twelfth of 1% to one-twelfth of 0.65% of the amount paid or allocated to acquire the investment excluding acquisition fees and expenses related thereto and the amount of any debt associated with or used to acquire such investment.
