Impairments Long-Lived Assets During the nine months ended September 30, 2016, we recorded impairments of $2.5 million in the Owned and Operated Mines segment, primarily for engineering costs related to the Overland Conveyor project at our Antelope Mine and $2.0 million related to a shovel that we no longer expect to use because of declining production that is part of Other. During the nine months ended September 30, 2017, we had no such impairments.
