Note 1. NATURE OF BUSINESS	Greenfield Farms Food, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolina on December 30, 2010. We are a marketer of grass fed beef products to a variety of grocery chains, retailers, and others, primarily in the region of Charlotte, NC.
