Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On February 24, 2014, the Company acquired Rich Logistics, a provider of truckload and expedited services based in Little Rock, AR. In addition, the Company acquired Everett Transportation Inc. and certain assets of Keith Everett. The total consideration paid for the acquisition was approximately $48.0 million. The acquisition price was financed with borrowings under the Company’s credit facility discussed in Note 6. Due to the limited amount of time since the acquisition date, the initial purchase accounting is not yet complete.
