Related party transactions	12. Related Party Transactions The Company has an advisory agreement with HCI Equity Management L.P. (“HCI”) to pay a transaction fee for each acquisition and an annual advisory fee of $0.1 million. The Company paid an aggregate of $0.1 million to HCI for the advisory fee and travel expenses during both the three months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012 and an aggregate of $0.2 million and $0.1 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
