PREPAID STOCK COMPENSATION	Common stock issued for prepaid consulting services amounted to $0 and $486,533 as of December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. As of December 31, 2011, it included $420,000 prepaid consulting services to our public relationship service provider and $66,533 prepaid consulting fee to two consultants. Amortization for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 was $486,533 and $399,800, respectively.
