SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events”, which establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date but before unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are issued, the Company has evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after June 30, 2023, up through the date the Company issued the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements. On July 6, 2023, the Company issued 129,860,254,628 and 8,608,462,003 shares of common stock to Lee Ying Chiu Herbert and So Han Meng Julian respectively in connection with our acquisition of Marvion Holdings Limited. The Company had no material recognizable subsequent events since June 30, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
