On Monday, February 6, 2023, we will be issuing a press release entitled “Trusted Sellers Leads Platform’s Early Success in the $500 Billion US Automotive Parts Industry as AutoParts4Less.com Achieves Record Breaking GMV Sales in January 2023 as they Wrap Up Their Pay-Per-Click Advertising and Marketing Tests”, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
