NOTE 8. LEASE COMMITMENT	The Company uses premises provided by its Chairman of the Board of Directors under a Lease Agreement effective January 1, 2017. The agreement has a term of one year and provides for rent of $3,000 per month. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, rent expense was $9,000, $18,000, $0 and $0, respectively.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements.
